TIG Cladding

Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) process offers ultra‑low dilution and high‑precision deposition, ideal for nickel alloys (Inconel 625/718) and titanium alloys. Guarantees perfect metallurgical bonding of corrosion‑resistant layer to base metal.

  • Precise cladding thickness control (0.5‑5mm)
  • Minimal porosity, meeting highest PT/RT standards
  • Applications: flange sealing faces, valve bores, pipe inner walls

MIG Cladding

Metal Inert Gas (MIG) process delivers high deposition efficiency and excellent automation, suitable for large‑area bimetal composite layers. Significantly improves productivity while maintaining outstanding corrosion and wear resistance.

  • High deposition rate (3‑8 kg/h), ideal for batch production
  • Optimized spatter control, smooth bead appearance
  • Applications: pressure vessel internals, large‑diameter flanges, clad plates

Mechanical (Hydraulic) Composite

Using hydraulic expansion or mechanical widening to strongly bond the corrosion‑resistant alloy layer to a carbon steel substrate. No heat‑affected zone, preserving original material properties, enabling cost‑effective bimetal pipes and fittings.

  • High bond strength (shear strength ≥150 MPa)
  • No dilution, fully retains corrosion‑resistant layer composition
  • Applications: bimetal composite pipes, subsea pipelines, chemical linings
